Natalya (Natasha) Goncharova, Europe Program Director, who originally hails from Russia, has assisted hundreds of children from Russia to find adoptive families in the United States. In 2004, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation awarded Natasha the “Badge of Mercy and Philanthropy”. Natasha is using her wealth of experience and knowledge to head up Holt’s child welfare programs in Eastern Europe.
