Meet the Korea Team

Patricia McConnell, MSW, Director of Social Services for the Korea Program, oversees the operations of the Korea social services team. She coordinates all aspects of the Korea adoption process from intake through finalization.

Paul Kim: Director of Programs for Korea, supervises and coordinates all program activities and developments in Korea. Coordinates adoptive family travel. Coordinates and leads the heritage tours to Korea. Oversees the volunteer and summer school programs at Ilsan. |

Mary Collins is the social services assistant who specializes in acceptance paperwork. She processes assignments, the child’s legal documents, and receives and processes home studies and sends them for review. She also handles calls for general information regarding the Korea adoption process.

Lisa Lowery is the social services assistant who specializes in preliminary information about the Korea program. She answers questions related to eligibility as well as general questions about the Korea adoption process. Lisa also processes the monthly medical reports from Korea about the children who have been assigned to families or are still waiting for a family.
