Paul Kim, Director of Programs: Paul supervises and coordinates all program activities and developments in Korea. Paul coordinates and leads the heritage tours to Korea, and also oversees the volunteer and summer school programs at Ilsan.

Angie Wharfield Ford, LCSW, Director of Social Services: Angie has over 5 years helping Holt families adopt from several different countries. Angie oversees all aspects of the Korea adoption process from intake through finalization.

Lisa Lowery, Program Assistant: Lisa specializes in preliminary information, answers questions related to eligibility as well as general questions about the Korea adoption process and helps families through referral to travel. She also processes medical reports, writes the daily e-mail to Korea, and updates current information on the Families in Process page.

Mary Collins, Program Assistant: Mary specializes in acceptance paperwork. She processes child releases and assignments, the child’s legal documents, and receives and processes home studies and sends them for review. She also processes all the post placement reports, and issues consents.

Sue Mills, Korea Travel Coordinator: Sue notifies agencies and families when children are scheduled on an escorted flight from Korea, sets up the greeters at the major airports and works with families traveling to Korea to pick up their child. She communicates with Holt-Korea regarding all travel for children and families from Korea.
