We are in the process of adopting from Ethiopia! We brought our daughter home from Vietnam in spring of 2008 and are now waiting on our home study through Holt to bring our little one home from Ethiopia. We look forward to following along with those along with those also on this journey!
And our question...We begin our PIP classes this weekend in Portland, OR, and we were hoping to eat Ethiopian. Does anyone have recommendations for a great restaurant?

I am not in OR but I know people talk about an Ethiopian place all the time (and I think it's in Portland) I think the name is Queen of Sheba or something like that. Hopefully someone whose been there will chime in but maybe you could google it to see if I am anywhere close to the right name
